My name is Lauren and I was born in Wexford, a coastal town on the Southeast tip of Ireland. I grew up with a pencil in my hand and studied Visual Communication at NCAD.
Initially I worked as a Graphic Designer, but a lifelong love of books, animation, video games and comics meant that going solo as an illustrator was not only a natural progression but a dream come true for me.
I now work from my studio at my home in Dublin City, which I share with my husband and our two dogs, Smudge and Púca. When I’m not drawing, I love sewing, printing, nature walks, RPGs, spaghetti bolognese, puns, pub snugs and family time in my hometown, near the woods and the beach.
