My name is Francesco, and I love creating things that raise questions. When I draw, I enjoy adding details and elements that intrigue those who like to observe closely and leave room for the viewer’s imagination. I’m constantly amazed by the world around me. That’s why I try to capture the beauty and mystery that surround us and bring that same complexity and wonder into my illustrations.
I grew up in a small countryside village, among bell towers and farms a little microcosm of stories and people that left deep roots within me. Those who know me can often spot traces and echoes of that past in my illustrations. I like when mountains meet the sea, lying on a cool floor in summer, and sipping coffee in the morning.
Some fun facts about me: I love skateboards! In my garage, I built a mini half-pipe to have fun with my kids. I enjoy trying food from different countries, but I have to admit, the first time I was served Hawaiian pizza… I hesitated. I also have an awesome pajama set, and I’m proud of it.
