I’m a self-taught digital illustrator from Soweto, South Africa, currently based in Dubai, UAE. As the creative force behind Layover Art, I draw inspiration from my global adventures as an airline pilot, infusing my illustrations with the vibrant energy of the world’s diverse landscapes and cultures.
As a first officer on the A380, I balance my love for aviation with my passion for art, often using layovers as a canvas for creativity. In addition to my work with Layover Art, I’m the founder of Buyiswa, an accessories brand known for its art-inspired, lightweight statement jewellery.
